Rattle Away My Wandering Mind

so why is it called White Butterfly Movement?

makes no sense. To me.

so why was it called Occupy Baluwater Movement and then "satyagraha"?

makes no sense. To me.

Why do they want to protest cutting down of trees when its being done for road expansion?

Do they want the trees to be in the middle of road standing like a pole?

Or do they not want the road to be expanded?

And then, if the road expansion is halted and the tree cutting thing fades away, after a few months you will hear slogans of urban congestion, traffic jam, mismanagement and how hard it is to travel in KTM and stuff from the same bunch of people.

Here is a line of the movement description from facebook page

"Due to the lack of trees in the valley we have been facing three main problems - depleting fresh (drinking) water levels, degrading air quality (more dust & grime) & a loss of habitat for birds & other creatures. "

 You are kidding me right?

This all seems so hilarious.

They have amended their initial goal of just protesting against tree cutting to also demand that the same number be re-planted. Which I think should have been the goal all along.

Going through the posts, and comments in the event page, I wonder how delusional and limited one must be to post those sort of opinions and ideas.

I know i'm only being mean and pointless here, not giving enough evidence to substantiate my claims and only criticizing.

But I cant help it. This just whole phenomenon is too much.

The Nepal Unites Movement, the whole sloganeering where our CA members' were asked to fulfill their duties because they had taken their "wage" (which insults both the CA members by trying to compare them with "wage" laborers and the "wage" laborers as the slogan meant you are no better than "wage" laborers who are meant to do "our" bidding), and then the Nepal being a home and not a rented apartment, and this and that and so many other "movements".

Would these kid think out of their box if they spent one proper year completely out of KTM without any contact whatsoever?

Would these old men think out of their box if they spent considerable time outside of Nepal and saw it in its totality from somewhere else?

Would these bunch of urban enthusiasts think out of their box if they spent any time outside of their immediate circle, and get to know society as it is?

Well, these are stupid questions.

I also am one of the delusional from this bunch of delusional youths who do not know where the priority stands, and only have the "good" will to develop our "nation".

We are as stupid than any other human being in this planet. But being born in a poor country, that is cause enough for us to showcase our stupidity while others can still veil it in one way or another. Pop culture is a good example.
